Sorry it's been so long. I didn't realize how much of a slacker I've been.  So I updated things.  More updates to come soon.

Bachelor Degree 2.0

Sometimes you start down one path only to find yourself at a different destination than you originally planned.  That's how I ended up going back to college for a Second Bachelor Degree.

It all started when we began looking into Masters programs for Adam.  One thing led to another and we both felt strongly that instead of going out of state to get Adam in a graduate program, we needed to stay here and I should return to school.

So we started getting me ready for an audition into the Vocal Performance program at the University of Utah.

And I got accepted!

I start my program this fall.  Hopefully it will only take me 3 years to complete, as I do not have to do any of those pesky generals and I did spend 1 year as a vocal performance major and Weber.  I am so excited for this new adventure.  I know it's been a long time coming. And I know it's where I'm supposed to be.

Travel Initiative: Choir Tour 2015 Seattle

While not necessarily part of the Official Travel Initiative, we did go to Seattle on the Alta High School Choir Tour.  All the kids survived.  So I guess it was a success.  As for more specific details, I can't go into them. It's still too soon.

The Travel Initiative: Disney World December 2014

Remember like forever ago when Adam and I decided to start what we're calling The Travel Initiative? Well, I've got photographic proof that it happened.  Our first big trip was to Florida, specifically Disney World, in December 2014.

It was beyond magical.  Even though it was super crowded, it was an amazing trip and we're both so glad we did it!

We loved Epcot! As an added bonus to the trip, we got the Disney Dining Plan for Free.  That means we ate SO MUCH. It was fantastic.

Yeah.  A LOT of food.

In addition to Disney World, we also went to Universal Studios. And that means HARRY POTTER WORLD!  Also, very magical.  In fact, we went to Ollivander's Wand Store and I was selected to go through the wand picking ceremony. My Wand CHOSE me!  It was seriously beyond magical!

It was such an amazing trip! We had so much fun and it was great weather.  We're Disney World converts and we can't wait to go back!  It was really hard to leave.  In fact, we're already thinking about our next trip there.... 

What can I say? We're Disney Addicts. But you know, there are worst things to be addicted to.
